Turtleneck/ Polo neck; Essential Knitwear In Men's Winter Wardrobe Collection

Presently we are all into the winter. However, we all think to preserve and look more stylish ourselves in this cold weather, Therefore, perhaps you already unlocked your beautiful winter wardrobe.

When I think about the real beauty of the winter season in the men's style world Is the way we layer our outfits, and of course, predominantly the fabrics, textures, patterns, and colours as well,

Eventually, the well-fitted garments and accessories, and footwear make us look elegantly whether we dress up or dress down.

In terms of the winter wardrobe essentials, the knitted garment is a significant staple of every gentleman's wardrobe. For instance, cardigans (V neck, shawl collar, cable knit), sweaters (V neck, crew neck), and a turtleneck/polo neck.

The turtleneck (United States, Canada) is also called a polo neck and roll-neck (United Kingdom, South Africa), skivvy (Australia, New Zealand).

In the 19th century, the turtleneck was mostly worn by the working-class people such as fishermen, the navy, and other labourers for warmth and protection.

In 1860, the polo players began to wear the turtleneck while they playing, and hence the turtleneck got its original name: the "polo neck."

A turtleneck/polo neck is a sign of modest strength, besides a stylish and versatile knitted garment for a gentleman who thinks to dress up elegantly and in an effortless way in the winter season because you could easily pair it with any of your outfits.

For instance, dark wash jeans or odd trousers with a sports jacket and finish with suede chukka or Chelsea boot, as another option a navy blazer whether it might be a single-breasted or double-breasted or rather a black turtleneck/polo neck with a navy pinstripe double-breasted suit and finish with a black full-grain leather Chelsea boot or oxford shoe.

Gentlemen, let's dress up and feel confidence, comfort, and elegance.

Cheers Gentleman
